AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Stoxes Inc ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada - 246 Stewart Green SW Unit #6313, Calgary, AB, T3H 3C8, Canada.

We operate the website https://stoxes.com (the "Site") and related services referencing these terms (collectively, the "Services").

Stoxes provides an online investment platform with tools and data for dividend investing, options trading, and value investing strategies. Our Services include portfolio management, options analysis, stock research, and personalized investment dashboards. The platform aggregates financial data to help users make informed investment decisions.

You acknowledge that any misrepresentation of your status as a Non-Professional Subscriber may result in immediate termination of access to our Services and potential legal consequences.

USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS

Submissions: You grant us all rights to any feedback, suggestions, ideas or other information you submit regarding the Services, without compensation.

Subscription Plans

Fee Adjustments

Taxes and Currency

CHANGES TO SERVICES AND FEATURES

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, security or uninterrupted operation of the Services. Your use is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Service interruptions
• Malicious code transmitted through the Services

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
