Refund Eligibility
- All plans (monthly and annual) are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days
- After the 7-day period, no refunds are provided for any subscription type
- Auto-Renewals: You must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund.
- Promotional Purchases: Purchases made during promotional periods or using discount codes (e.g., 50% off or similar offers) are non-refundable. Promotional discounts are provided as a trade-off for flexibility, and all sales during such periods are considered final.
Valid Refund Reasons
- Technical issues preventing service usage
- Service not as advertised
- Double billing or incorrect charges
- Unauthorized transactions
- Service outages exceeding 10% of the subscription interval period
Refund Process
Since we use Stripe as our payment processor, which involves non-refundable fees, all refund requests will be carefully reviewed. Refunds may be full, prorated, or partial depending on the specific circumstances of each case. The refund amount will be determined at our discretion based on factors including but not limited to: length of subscription, usage of the service, and nature of the refund request. For approved refunds, a $50 USD administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing costs and prevent potential abuse. This helps ensure fair treatment while preventing potential abuse of our refund policy.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through our billing portal (Dashboard > My Account > Billing). If you choose to cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused time on a subscription.
